The property was amazing, in a field that is rural and so peaceful but also close to amenities in Penrith and also all of the beauty in the Lakes. We had the most amazing stay, there has been a lot of attention to detail and the lodge really is clean and luxurious. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and all of the little things. Our dog had the best break too and the price of the hut compared to any others is fantastic value for money especially with the privacy you get. We will be back soon.

Clean throughout, warm facilities toilet, shower and pods. Felt really safe & secure throughout our stay, the owner was regularly there keeping on top of the cleanliness of the property! He also took the time to introduce himself and really and gave us plenty of ideas on what to do on a rainy weekend in the lakes. Thank you Andy.

I liked the layout, looks very smart. Lovely option to be able to book the “hideaway” and “sizzle shack”. Ideal location and stay place for walkers and people used to camping/glamping. Site and facilities were very clean and smart. Has been made accessible for disabled people which is nice.

I liked the enclosure of the caravan park, the location is nothing to write home about,it's in the middle of a field, more or less. Very clean and very good value for money. All the necessary facilities inside the caravan,a few cards games for children as well, there's a TV , there's , enough to keep everyone entertained.

The pods were lovely and cosy. There was a fridge, microwave, mini kettle and a few other bits and pieces to make things easy. There was also a radiator so we were able to warm the pod up at night. The toilets and showers were pretty clean and the general campsite was beautiful with communal areas, picnic benches, space for BBQs and lovely gardens.

Fantastically simple. Excellent location. Very clean. Unfortunately we had to put an end to our camping experience in nearby Threlkeld due to adverse weather conditions. Thankfully we were saved by Villa Bianca who offered an affordable price on the day. Allowed us to check in six hours early.

Cute pods, good equipment inside, very clean facilities(lovely bathrooms), very cute camp site. Our preschooler was super excited about the “little brown house” and enjoyed every minute of the camping. Good location for Ullswater and Penrith obviously.
