Acorn Camping and Caravan Park, hotel in Minehead

Acorn Camping and Caravan Park, a property with a garden, is located in Llantwit Major, 2.8 km from Tresilian Bay Beach, 29 km from Cardiff Bay, as well as 30 km from Cardiff Castle.

We attended a wedding in Rosedew Farm and stayed at the camp site. It was only a short walk away from the venue, the accommodation was cosy, clean, warm and efficient. Had electricity, a kettle, tea/coffee, BBQ utensils - met all needs required and the shower block was right opposite. No faults!

Host was very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious, the bathroom a little cramped for me but very clean. The bed was comfortable, had hot and cold drinks in room as well as small fridge. B&B not far from beach, shops, steam railway and Dunster Castle and other places to visit.

Excellent location, limited onsite parking available, walking distance to beach and shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel very clean and tidy throughout, cooked breakfast or just toast and cereal the choice was ours with juice, tea or coffee. The room was a good size on the 1st floor ( Dunkery ) with views of the beach and train station, ensuite with shower over the bath, kettle with tea and coffee and fresh milk on request after initially given some on check in.
