    The breakfast was fine. It is not a 5 star place so I wasn’t expecting kippers and prunes! The hotel is a little tired looking but everything was very clean and tidy. The staff were great. The bar attracts locals who were very friendly. I love this little hotel. It is very dog friendly at no extra charge. I think it is sn little unpolished gem and will go back anytime I can.

    Very clean beautiful caravan, well equipped, cosy beds. We seen cows on a field through the window 🙂 we was lucky on a Sunday kids had entertainment bouncy castles, magic show, balloon models, baubles, tattoo, face painting etc We had great time!

    Fantastic beds, everything you need for a short stay, lovely hosts. Perfect to settle down after a day in the lake district! Very close to beach for a beautiful sunset.

    Had an absolute great stay, room was basic but very clean. staff were friendly from the second I arrive. Pointed me in the right direction to anywhere I had to go and the breakfast was lovely. My partner and kid came to visit me and they were very accommodating As far as value for money goes its hard to beat. Thanks to the staff the guy behind the bar that checked me in and the the hero that made the breakfast 👌

    The location is perfect because it is just in front of the beach. Amazing view especially during sunset. House is very spacious and very clean. highly recommended!

    exceptional property, very clean and peaceful. staying here you have the best of both worlds, a lovely beach and under an hour to get to the popular lakes. had a lovely time and will definitely be booking again. thank you.
