Excellent location: • brilliant site with Nisa shop, clubhouse/pub • 1 minute walk to Heacham beach • 30 minute walk to Hunstanton (or can bus easily) Great communication: • had an issue with the radiators on day 1 - within the hour they were fixed • lockbox codes sent well in advance • managed to get us in early after our journey was quicker than expected Great caravan: • 3 spacious bedrooms, big living area & kitchen • Clean bathroom & great shower • 30 second walk from clubhouse/site facilities but silent on an evening • TV, dvd player, kettle, toaster, oven, etc. all included

We had everything we needed in a beautiful setting . Nothing was too much trouble for the owners . Perfect base to explore from , so close to the beaches . Loved the chickens coming to visit . The caravan was excellent, a bit of confusion with the caravan number on the email, but a quick call sorted all that out. It was clean, everything thing we needed was in the caravan. We took quilts but didn't need them, as was supplied. You do need everyday essentials, so take them. I would 💯 % go back here, the decking was brilliant.
