The apartment is big enough, very clean, with a nice balcony, The kitchen is fully equipped. The parking is in the building and it is completely safe. The city center is at walking distance. The host is a very nice person and she gave us a lot of useful advices. Perpignan is a nice town. We enjoyed the whole experience. I recommend.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The air conditioning was welcome and I liked the fact that the bedrooms were separated by a door from the living space. It was very secure and had two functioning lifts. There was a small convenience store right below which was very handy. A bus stop was right outside and you could catch a bus to the beach every 20-30 mins for €1.30 each way and the beach was beautiful.

Great swimming pool. Everything is very clean. Two air-conditioners in every cabin, completely equipped kitchen with 2 (why?) refrigerators. Beach is 10 minutes away by car.
