    The location was very good, either walking distance or a short tram ride to the centre. The staff were excellent and did everything they could to help us find our way around the city. The underground car park was easy to access. The room itself was very clean

    Staff was very helpful, even when we arrived in the middle of the night and our car didn’t fit in the underground parking. Room was spacious and very clean.

    Everything exceeded expectations- bar/restaurant was beautiful and food was excellent - especially the breakfast. Room spacious and very clean and quiet. Hotel even closer to railway station than we expected. Staff very friendly and helpful, both at reception and in restaurant/bar.

    It was just an overnight pit stop for us but this hotel was very clean, smelled nice, lovely room and bathroom, great facilities and the best thing was that it had a smart tv so we were able to stream our media services. When you’re in a country where the English language is not the predominant language so you’re constantly having communication difficulties day to day it’s nice to go back to your room and just watch something that you’re used to watching and in English. It’s a small detail but very much appreciated.

    Location excellent and near to all tourist areas. Very friendly staff, could not do enough to help. Wonderful quiet room and very clean. Breakfast super tasty and lots of fresh options. Highly recommended.

    Great location for our one night stay. Close to train station and location our bus was arriving to. Great facilities and fantastic buffet breakfast. Very clean and helpful staff. Would recommend.

    Exceptional location. Very good host (probably the best I've interacted with). Everything worked like it was supposed to. It was very clean. It was quiet (beginning of Nov) so easy to fall asleep. Basically, as glamping is to camping, this place is to a poor artist's garret.
