    We received a warm welcome from Kevin and Roxana - a lovely couple. The hotel is conveniently located for a quick walk into the centre. Our room was very clean and the bathroom looked almost new. We enjoyed a beer from the bar in the garden before heading out to dinner. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

    This is a lovely place with nice decor very handy to the centre. The very late delivery of the lock box code just 30 minutes before check-in made me nervous. The appartment was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. There was supposed to be a microwave but I couldn't find it. No tin or bottle opener. No instructions on using the oven or cooktop so I Googled it. The rest of the equipment worked well and it was handy having a washing machine. Very convenient location to walk in the town. Upstairs neighbours were noisy briefly.

    Location could not be any better. Parking card given by host is a huge bonus which means no parking fee. Parking less than 5 min away. Beautiful apartment with lots of character. Very clean. Lovely outdoor space.

    Very good-sized appartment, very clean and well-equipped in some ways. Nice shower-room. Lots of basics provided in terms of food and washing-up liquid, shower gel, etc. Good location near centre of town. Free parking nearby.

    Great location, big spacious room with separate seating area, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and we ate in the restaurant underneath which was excellent too

    Central location in Dinan, great parking with pass from hotel, small but practical apartment, very clean. Town is great, nice public pool at Lehorn. Excellent beaches at 25 minutes drive (st Lunaire).
