The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in a girls dorm and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I ended up speaking to a few of the girls and most people said hi when passing. They had a free rooftop barbecue when I was there and it was very good. The food was good and it was free which was very nice of the staff to do for us. Communal area had lots of power sockets available.
It was in a good location just a short walk to the beach, Luna park and acland street. Lots of places close by for food and things to do.
Brilliant location for a hot night in Melbourne opposite the beach. The room was very clean, cool and comfortably appointed. The hotel is larger than it looks from the street.
The room as requested was very quiet - no view - but I was happy with that. I'm very glad given traffic noise that I had a room facing the inner aspects of the property and not the street. It had Netflix, a well stocked bathroom, small kitchenette and a king size bed.

This place was a godsend. After a horror experience the night before at a different accommodation, I moved to the Quest at Brighton. The staff were so wonderful, arranging an earlier check in, and giving me a free upgrade. There was parking onsite and the accommodation is literally across the road from the beach and the Brighton Yacht Club - very picturesque. The room was very clean and fresh, and the king bed comfortable.
Everything about this apartment was good! Excellent location, friendly host, gorgeous complex with great facilities including swimming pool, gym and secure parking by the beach and along shops. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Stunning appliances and great views. The property has everything you need and is in reach of everything you need moments from the CBD, steps to the beach and transportation. Very clean! Beautifully furnished and well worth it!
My parents stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect, with a five minute walk to the beach and a tram outside the door which went to the city. The accommodation itself was comfortable and very clean. Would highly recommend.
