Location was great. Hotel was well serviced, and the room had a great view from a large verandah.
Although it’s a very old building with furniture and fittings to match everything worked ok. My 2nd floor apartment had a double bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, free Wi-Fi, en-suite toilet and hot shower. Although it’s near Tree Town entertainment Complex the room was very quiet and good for sleeping. Pattaya Beach is a 10 minute walk away. You are left alone and room cleaned on request. Basic accommodation at a reasonable cost. Good value for money. No lift.
The location was perfect and the view from the balcony watching the sunset was perfect
Room was clean with good view from the balcony, comfortable bed , could of done with tea and coffee making facilities in the room ,nice swimming pool although not many sun beds. Was good value for the price payed.
Green area, birds, squirrels, as if you are in the forest. Breakfast is good. Complimentary lunch with ice cream and mini bar🫶🏼 nice infinity pool specially at sunset 🌅
The studio is situated on the 8th floor in the building. Quiet, modern and clean with sea view balcony. Well equipped kitchen, big bathroom, very comfortable king bed and strong WiFi. Super nice infinity pool with jacuzzi on the 14 th floor with nice view of the ocean, wonderful sunsets. One minute walk from the beach, 2 minute walk to the main street with restaurants, cafe's, laundry, bakery, grocerie shops and bars. The security is excellent, 2 guards on duty 24/7. Easy communication with a very helpful host.
Peaceful, such lovely staff, amazing suite with daily fruit and ice and drinks in fridge.. wonderful view and sun lounges on balcony., great shower and comfortable bed… staff remember you no matter if you are coming in from a day trip or needing a sun bed .. lovely welcome and great service
Really nice location. We’ve booked 2 nights, that was really great. We have a room from the 15th floor with sea view. Gold time is the sunset in the evening. Swimming pool also nice. Value for money:)
Very nice little apartment, everything very well maintained, looks like new. The bathroom and the hot water work perfectly, the small cosy balcony with sea view and the breathtaking sunsets must be especially emphasised, and the friendly landlord who is always available and helps when necessary. From me 5 stars.
This apartment has a prime location in Jomtien and in the building. From the large windows and the balcony you are looking at Dong Tan Beach, the best part of the beach, and the ocean. All a few steps away. Very nice sunsets. Close to the local nightlife and restaurants, but quiet and comfortable. We were allowed an early check in and the process was very seamless. Recommended
