The traditional tent was amazing and authentic. It gets cold at night and hot during the day, but the heater and A/C keep you perfectly comfortable. Each tent has a toilet next to it outside. The shower area was clean and the water was hot, set in the open air surrounded by a palm frond fence. There were fresh orange, lemon, and date trees all around, with many songbirds creating a peaceful desert atmosphere. Turki was kind, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and hot delicious tea is available all day. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lovely stay in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. The staff are very helpful and no words to express, comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again.

Awesome place in middle of Mountains and Desert, a place for relaxation and beautiful view from the Chalet, fun to be there with family, recommend to go with 2 or 3 families together, Owner of the property is very nice person and ensures that your stay at property is comfortable, helpful and available 24/7 for any assistance
Warm welcome at the reciption and hotel staff. Hotel facilities are pretty good, including room contents, beds, and restaurant. Access to the property is easy. Guest parking was almost full but manageable.
Beautiful location, spacious and luxurious accommodation under tent roof. Generous breakfast looking out over the desert. Staff were superb - nothing was too much trouble.
The location is In beautiful surroundings and the perfect place to explore the surrounding attractions. Unwinding is easy as it is peaceful and quiet and you can relax on the veranda during the day or gaze at the stars at night. The hotel staff are amazing and go above and beyond to see to your every need.
Staff were very personable and helpful. The setting of the hotel and surrounding landscape and wildlife is beautiful. We appreciated that food and coffee was served during the day even during Ramadan. When we had a small problem with the bathroom, staff quickly sorted it out.
Tents were fantastic, very comfortable, clean and warm. Beds were cosy and heater made chilly evenings really lovely. The views in the morning were awesome, very inspiring. The breakfast is a must and was brought to your tent at time of your choosing. For a comfortable desert experience, I would highly recommend and will definitely return next time I’m in Al Ula.
The host was very friendly and the tents provided a terrific experience in the desert, especially waking up to the backdrop of the mountains and a decent cooked breakfast of local dishes.
