Staying in La Container is a great way to unwind after a day on the Transfagarasan Highway and highly recommended. The cabin is cute and cosy with a comfy bed and stove to cook up what you like. It also has a view which is just lovely. There is a hay barn with plenty of wood so you can sit by the camp fire watching the stars and sipping homemade palinca. Oh, and friendly dogs to adopt for the night. Facilities are basic but you have everything you would ever need and you get a whole meadow to yourself!

Great property with peacocks, hammock, jacuzzi, firepit and much more. Very peaceful. Surrounded by fields.
What a unique place! Cute cabins with amazingly comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Lots of swinging chairs to take in the calm of the countryside. And beautiful cats and rabbits to amuse the children. We had a wonderful sunset bbq. The perfect overnighter before a day on the Transfagarasan. The owners were very friendly and even agreed to post us a book my daughter left in the cabin.
Clean and tidy room, there are mosquito nets on the windows, an ennobled area, access to the lake is not prepared for swimming
A very comfortable room, very clean, with large windows that had mosquito nets. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need, including slippers and a bathrobe. Bar and safe. Polite staff.
