We loved our room and the location of the property! It had a beautiful rooftop where you can watch the sunset over the town. Andreia waited for us as our flight was delayed and she was so super lovely and helpful throughout our stay!
I highly recommend the Hotel Faro. It has the most beautiful view I ever have seen in my life. On the top floor, you can enjoy the sunset at the bar which is wow. It is well located, close to two everything, cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs. The staff of the hotel are friendly and competent. Great all inclusive option. Lots of choice despite only one of the 3 restaurants on site being open (as out of season). However, we appreaciated it being more quiet at this time of year. Weather was good even out of season (late Feb). Nice to cycle to Tavira town or Cacela Velha for sunset. Staff very lovely. Outdoor pool too cold to swim in Feb but indoor pool was fine instead. Great for a romantic stay. Relaxing. Quiet. Beautiful surrounds.
The location could not be better for sightseeing. There is a huge rooftop with tables & chairs to watch sunset over the river & town. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need plus free cold filtered water. We chose a room without ensuite as it was brighter with great views.

Great location, we had a marina view which was worth it. sunrise from the left and sunset to the right, brilliant. Enjoyed the breakfast, so much choice and nice listening to piano music while enjoying the views. V handy location, not far from airport, bus and train station just round the corner.
Almost everything was absolutely perfect. Very comfort and beautiful place with very nice hosts. Nice, big, super green territory. Super comfortable beds. Clean pool. A lot of places to chill such as hammocks, sun beds, benches with tables, chairs. Highly recommend.
Large apartment complex in a quiet residential area with restaurant and two pools. One bed apartment was excellent, large and well equipped. Sun beds on veranda were an excellent idea. Staff were all helpful and polite. Pool areas clean and quiet so very relaxing.
