enjoyed front deck, easy access to town, was still very quiet, few people there even tho it said they were full. think it was more that they were at the capacity they could manage short staffed. definitely not full. was a surprise as I thought I had booked 2 rooms double beds and only 1 rm, other rm had bunks. managed….

We absolutely loved our stay at Herdade da Maceira tent. The host was very welcoming, showing and telling as everything around the property.
Tent was an absolute gem, privacy 100%, amazing view, comfortable bed. Outstanding experience! If you love nature, peace and romantic atmosphere this place is for you!

At the luxury tent, all units are fitted with a outdoor furniture. With a private bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and free toiletries, units at the luxury tent also boast free WiFi. At the luxury tent, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Manuel and Helene are very friendly and super hosts ! The area is well located, 30min from the sea and very calm. We wanted a quiet area with facilities to relax. We haven’t been disappointed at all. Dinner and breakfast are generous and well prepared! We will come back!

Amazing location, lost in the middle of nowhere in rural South Portugal. Very quiet, beautiful facilities, nature and a couple of small farms all around, amazing color palette... We loved getting lost there, it's perfect to unwind, watch the sunset, do some stargazing, enjoy the sun on the terrace... And the staff was lovely, helpful and very much available. Thank you for the nice dinner recommendation at a local bar in the next village, we very much liked the local experience and food!
A lovely, homey, renovated guesthouse with a lot of history and lots of steps. Good buffet breakfast, quiet, comfortable bed, and hot shower. Google Maps found it hard to locate, but once found, it was nice and central. In the old town of Evora, many things to explore but arriving and departing by foot from the bus and train station is difficult with luggage on the cobblestone streets (but doable) Thank you for my stay, I felt very at home, comfortable, welcome, and safe 😀
We were welcomed by Joao, a great host, who provided breakfast and helpful information for us. For example, he had books for us about birds and other wildlife when he found out that we are nature enthusiasts and he gave us hiking maps as well. The Guest House is fabulous and equipped with everything one can wish. Great restored house with lots of charme in the old town of Mertola! We loved our stay!

Wow, really nice location, well maintained, good facilities, and really relaxing. Nice hammock outdoors, chairs and green pastures for you to sit and watch all day. Air conditionned rooms, superb decor. best place we stayed at throughout our stay in Algarve.
Seating area on the roof with great views. Good central location. Area with microwave, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities just outside room. Air con & TV and nice hot shower in room.

Outdoor area with swimming pool and “tree house” to look at the sunset, hammock, stunning lounge, outstanding and abundant breakfast with local fresh product, hospitality was genuine and again outstanding. Ze’ Luis knows all the eateries around (5 minutes away or little further if you want), the food is authentic and worth. Toilets are new and in typical rural style. Beds are comfortable.
A very special place to stay in the heart of the Alentejo. There's a great choice of different accommodation options from South African safari tents to more traditional Alentejo houses. The hosts are very passionate about their project which is fully run by solar power and they provide a wonderful welcome. Very pleasant and accessible walks are available right at the door of the property.
