First of all, super nice and friendly staff, they answered all of our questions, and helped us when we needed. Room was cute and comfortable with a nice view on the streets of the medina. View from the top terrasse was AMAZING, perfect for eating breakfast or watch the sunset. We got breakfast for 40 dhs which is more than fair for all the food we were served. The food was also very delicious. Location is also ideal in the center of the medina, you can walk to pretty much anything (beach, cafe, train station, restaurant…).
Great and welcoming staff, quality and size of the room surprised me positively. Place has a wonderful terrace to enjoy a sunset.

In the middle of the blue city, perfect sunset views from the rooftop terrace, nearby lots of restaurants cafes and shops. Staff knows their city and can advise and help if needed. Rooms are traditional as is the entire building. It's like staying in a painting. Everything is clean and since it is a hostel/hotel there is a lot of common areas to meet other travelers and get more tips on the local scene. At the price it is definitely worth every penny
Good location across the valley from the Blue Town (don’t get scared by the road, it’s not as bad as it looks like), great food, awesome and helpful staff, great view - enjoying the sunset with tea and the view was just so nice. And rhe breakfast? You definitely need to have the crepes with peanut butter!
Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Really good locay, just a few minutes walk from all of the restaurants and shops of the Medina. Very nicely decorated with lost of space. The roof terrace is great to watch a sunset from. Breakfast was delicious too!
Communication with the host was excellent. The upper terrace has a stunning view of the ocean where you can watch the sunset. There is a private outdoor area which is perfect for relaxing/eating/sunbathing. Dar el Maq has the perfect blend of rustic luxury.
