The shared restrooms are very clean and comfortable too. And last but not least, the menu gives you sufficient choice for a lovely diner on the veranda at night with a nice glas of wine. We highly recommend the Couscous glamping and thank the staff for the wonderful experience they gave us!

We love the room as we had the green (garden) and the blue (pool and sea) views from our room. The sunset was amazing.

A lovely hotel. In the heart of Shin-Juku but on a really quiet back street. The room was small but wonderfully quiet and the bathroom had a great shower and small jacuzzi bath. The free extras (open air hot baths, bikes, deserts, soup, bread and alcohol bar) were a real bonus! The staff were lovely and helpful.
First time staying at this hotel, as my usual choice The Royal Park was full. Convenient for Haneda Terminal 3 and the monorail to Tokyo City. Plenty of food options in the shopping mall. Generally spacious room. Powerful and hot shower.

Friendly helpful staff who always said hello and were happy to chat. Able to leave luggage before and after check in, as well as a dedicated 'wire loop' for each bed so you can padlock your luggage to the wall near the bed. Comfortable beds, nice hot showers.
Super comfy bed in the capsule room. Good bathroom and shower facilities. Lovely lounge area with an open fire and bar, where you are also welcome to bring your own food and drink in. Great location near the lake for sunset with Mount Fuji as a backdrop, just a 7 minute walk from the lake and main bus stop.
There is Airport Bus available , close to train and metro station. The shower is nice. I booked the city view for 3 beds, the view is good as I can see the sunset. The buffer dinner is quite nice.
The location is very good - right across from the beautiful beach. Keep in mind thorugh that this is not really beach front, there is a very busy and sometimes noisy road in front and you have to cross tot he beach using tunnels under the road. It had a great patio with chairs a table and a hammock and great views, especially at sunset. The staff were over the top friendly and helpful.
