room was standard, it is nice to have the use of the spa, however when travelling for work we do not always get to use it. The restaurant food is great. restaurant staff are good too. process is easy to check in and out. Lovely location, large carpark. Comfortable beds and pillows. nice hot shower in the morning!
Perfect location for our travelling needs. Great room, clean warm and comfortable. Lovely hot shower! :) Very friendly welcome and customer service Options to eat and drink at the accommodation or wander into the town. Menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner very good. Superb value for money.
You can park your car and then walk to all the cafes, restaurants and places of interest. Room was large with super comfortable bed. Lovely hot shower with luxury toiletries. Pascal who greeted us and looked after us during our stay was the perfect host giving us plenty of information about the area.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, hot and plentiful. Rooms were comfortable, lovely hot shower, fluffy towels and usual amenities. Tea and coffee replenished and rooms cleaned daily. Owner made the football available on TV for us which made our anniversary extra special. All the staff very amicable and helpful. Close to bus stop so we could ride into town centre and not have to park. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
Lovely owners, really friendly, clean spacious room, lovely hot shower, amazing breakfast, loved that their was a communal kitchen and fridge in bedroom. Amazing
The Premium Room was well appointed and clean. Hot water was instantaneous. Plentiful washing lotion, shampoo and conditioner well labelled without need for magnifying glass to read contents. Plenty of tea, coffee etc with spring water and lemonade available if wanted, although chargeable possibly.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Great facilities. The room was nicely decorated, comfy bed, hot shower. Enjoyed a few drinks in the pub. Great position.
Tim was very helpful in accommodating us earlier before the stated check in time and then providing us with information on local places of interest and restaurants. Breakfast was nice with a choice of full English / cooked options. Our room was clean, with TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities, a nice hot shower and a comfy bed. Also the location is convenient for the train station and for all of what Stratford has to offer being between a 10-20 min walk away, so no hassle with looking for bus stops or booking cabs.
Stayed in one of the Safari tents. Decent room for our family of 5. All bedding provided so just took some blankets. Used the gas stove to cook breakfast. Used the BBQ and made use of the picnic table too.
