Everything was in a walkable distance. It was calm and quiet where we were located. Wildlife was a hit with the child. Host was contactable when there was a problem. Beautifully furnished lodge.

Breakfast was superb. Choice of cereals & fresh fruit. Cooked breakfast was plentiful, fresh & definitely among the best we have had on our travels. Vegetarian options too. Superb location in the countryside, with a great view of the pond & wildlife,

An easy-to-find clean and spacious studio apartment. Parking was extremely convenient right outside the door. There were views across the valley to the sunset in the west, with the ducks and peacocks adding to the rural setting. Inside there was a well equipped kitchenette, with breakfast ingredients provided, a large shower room, a sitting area and a good bed. What more could we have wanted for an overnight stop only minutes from the main road? Thanks Karen!

A very beautiful and quiet location , everything required for a peaceful break. Plenty of wildlife and scenic views a paradise for anyone wishing peace and tranquillity. Very friendly hosts, one of the very best stays in my book. Thank you .

A Marston hotel with NO REAL ALE. No breakfast available, despite being assured that we could pay for breakfast in morning. Answer phone reply, when I called in the morning to enquire where were the staff. Bathroom poor deco, shower water pressure inadequate, toilet required 4 flushes to clear contents. Staff inattentive and obviously didn't care.
Clean room of big size with comfortable beds and hot showers. Such friendly and helpful staff. Great included breakfast with everything you could want. Easy included parking.
