The place is very cool and pretty. The space in and around the dome was huge, and the whole place has a very 'in the jungle' vibe. Privacy in the majority of the space was great, which is always helpful when the shower is outside! It was a little hard to find on arrival, but once found the location was great - it was nice and secluded and away from any main road noise.

SO ROMANTIC. My fiancé and I needed a little alone time and this was the perfect environment for that. It’s secluded with a gorgeous view but also close enough to go to some local restaurants. The host brought the most beautiful breakfast and offered to make dinner (for a small fee) hosted in a beautiful secluded tower on property. I can’t say enough positive things about this magical place and it’s lovely hosts. I feel blessed to have stayed there.

View right to the Arenal volcano, all forest in front of you. The room had everything you could need and more. The laundry service was free of charge and it was very good and quick. The house was new and furnished with amazing style. We hardly wanted to leave the room to do other activities! Also, the tours offered were very good and the information about them was very complete and clear. Food was also really good in all the restaurants. We used a lot room service and we loved it. All the staff was kind and ready to help you in any possible way.
Rio Celeste
This air-conditioned luxury tent comes with a seating area, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, and a satellite flat-screen TV. This luxury tent also has a balcony that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. The luxury tent offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. We had three generations traveling together, so we filled all three tents. The setting was gorgeous and it offered a truly unique experience. It rained quite a bit, but that’s to be expected in a rainforest. If you’re prepared for it, it’s awesome. Glamping probably isn’t for everyone, but we loved it. The area offers loads of nature related things to do and we found pretty good restaurants nearby. We had little kids with us and could do the atv tour, but wish we would have figured out a way to do it in shifts.

Lots of birds and great walks available right on the property which is 5 minutes from the park gates. Restaurant plays jazz, the menu is inspired (homemade passion fruit jam and house hot sauce made from charred, peeled chilies) and the toucans crunch on bananas while you eat your eggs benedict and enjoy fresh pour over coffee. The property has been in the family from before the road or electricity. Bring a jacket for when the clouds come rolling in. When the sun shines you can see Arenal volcano.

Wonderful wildlife sounds from the river behind our room. We saw a lovely selection of birds and enjoyed hanging out in the hammocks and hanging chairs. We had space to cook in our apartment and there was lots of to entertain us like ping pong tables and pool table. A lot of the items were quite old but an interesting place to stay with lots of space.
Located near wonderful nature reserves and wildlife sanctuaries. Unusual accommodation set around man-made pond. Rudimentary facilities - just as expected. Mosquito net! Very friendly owners, little English. Horses in stable, all very agricultural. And good breakfast too.
Our wooden hut was very nicely located. There was a wooden veranda/terrace with a hammock and very comfortable chairs so that everyone could sit and enjoy the view. We saw some birds. The two rooms are simple but comfortable (bed/shelf/moskitonet). There is even a small fridge and a coffee maker. The shower was nice. Enough towels provided. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink (coffee, chocolate). The food for dinner was nice. The chocolate tour in the morning was interesting. Internet was surprisingly good.
I was here on my way to La Fortuna. I found the lodge in the middle of the rainforest exceptional and it was a very nice experience. The little house for me alone (3 beds) was very spacious with a great balcony with a hammock. It was exciting that there was no wall in the direction of the slope, only a mosquito net. You felt like you were right in the jungle.
Close to tourist attractions, several within walking distance or short uber ride, private cabin with balcony and view of Arenal. Two large double beds. Excellent restaurant for evening meal. Lots of birds and wildlife nearby, and thermal springs. Hot shower, small swimming pool near cabins.
The location, inside the park and the breakfast. Very nice swimming pool and veranda with hammock
we felt so comfortable, surrounded by pure nature. enjoyed the sunset and -rise in the hammock. Authentic breakfast, nice chats with the owners who care about the environment. and the best: the owner showed us an unknown spot at the river. Therefore, we had like a „private pool“ in the river.
Amazing location in the jungle, really nice tents/cabins with spectacular view to trees and wildlife. Staff is extremely helpful and did everything they could for us to enjoy a relaxed time with them. La Tigra arranged a night walk with local guide Carlos - a wonderful experince for both adults and children. Lodge restaurant cooks amazing meals.
Spent our last night here before flying out of SJO. The perfect way to finish our week in Costa Rica. This unique resort appears to be inspired by Park Güell, and is a feast for the eyes. Many pools on property with a private experience, waterfall hike, beautiful gardens and hiking trails. Restaurant offers quality food. Rooms very nice with attention to details. Lovely views of San Jose, sunset/sunrise and wildlife.
