That amazing pool, the quietness of the area even though we are only 15 mins walk from town. Fabulous chalet with its own veranda. The owner was charming and informative about the area. There are pool towels to borrow and a really good laundry facility, which he didn’t charge for. I liked everything about this place. I felt relaxed and very much in holiday.
Peter was very responsive and swiftly assisted us with a wasp problem in the tent. The tents were spacious, the toilet facilities were good despite being communal as Peter cleaned it several times throughout the day. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided which is a very nice touch, the shared kitchen also had a lot of amenities. The place was nice and quiet, never really bumped into other people, each tent has its own private space. Fans were provided in the room and the tents are really nice and cool at night.
Amazing set up and complete privacy. Highly recommended for a relaxing time away for couples. Well set up with a solar powered charging point for devices etc and with barbecue facilities. We loved the outdoor bathtub, hammock and swing area. The compost toilet was very clean. Overall a great experience.
Property is semi-rural with great rural views towards the coast, lovely garden, Very quiet.
Breakfast was amazing. Very comfortable private living area, also outside seating under private veranda
- Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of useful local information. we did several recommended walks.
The Stone Store walk to Rainbow Falls is one well worth doing.
We look forward to staying there again.
All was great; we enjoyed the stay very much; the bathroom exceeded our expectations (for glamping); the tents are lovingly furnished; the location (and quietness on site) are really relaxing; the garden is fantastic; also the kitchen (incl. gas grill) is very suitable for cooking on site
