Proximity to shops ,restaurants, train and bus stations. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I was impressed when I saw a staff wiping down the room door. I saw the thoughtfulness of the staff when after a hot shower , I noticed that a part of the mirror doesn't fog up. It really shows the small details that they considered when preparing the room for the guests.
We especially liked being able to have our baggage stored before check-in, the air filter with humidifier in the room, the temperature of the room (not too warm despite the residual snow outside), the comfortable bed, the night shirts provided with the room, the nice hot shower in the ensuite bathroom, and the breakfast.
