    Amazing helpful friendly staff. The guide pdf that they give you is a really good idea and helps with orientation. The location is fantastic. Looking up to the Citadel, a short walk to Jordan Museum, Roman Theatre, Rainbow St, Souks at the front door. The parking right next door is 24hrs. Comfy beds, nice hot shower.. loved this Hotel!

    Great hotel in a quiet area and fantastic staff! Everyone was super helpful and polite, starting with Zed at the reception and finishing with the nicest lady in the kitchen preparing our breakfast. We got uprageded to suit, and it was amazing. Spacious rooms, huge comfy bed, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee. Great hot shower, bathrobes, and slippers. We were very happy to stay 3 nights here at the end of our trip. Fabulous place to rest and relax.
