The location was fantastic. Could walk to all areas of Florence. The rooftop bar was a nice place to relax and chill and watch the sunset after a long day sightseeing. Open until 11pm. Staff were friendly and always there if you needed them. Rooms were bright and adequate for what you need on a short stay in Florence. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

The room was spacious and quiet. We also enjoyed the sunset on the rooftop deck. There was a great selection of fresh breakfast items and coffee choices. Great service!

The mattress has a good quality, and the bad has a hot shower. You have a seat and a table to work. It was quiet and the room huge. The staff helped me to obtain an invoice following the policy of my company.

Costanza, my host, was fantastic. Very helpful, dealt with any inquiries promptly and with good outcomes. Great location in a vibrant neighbourhood, near enough but just removed from the throng of the central tourist area. A cool oasis with a lovely breeze! Good nearby cafes and restaurants and the delightful Piazza Santo Spirito with the wonderful Loggia Roof Bar in the Palazzo Guadagni. A must do for a meal or a cocktail with sunset view!

Incredible hotel in a beautiful location. Out of the hustle and bustle of the centre next to the tranquility of the river. It was lovely watching the wildlife along the river whilst drinking a coffee at breakfast. The hotel itself has so much history and character and the staff keep it so clean. The staff are fantastic, very welcoming and knowledgeable. Our taxi driver told us the hotel was 'famous' amongst colleagues as it's so well spoken of by all who stay there.

Very friendly staff, always keen to help. Good location with walking distance to the major tourist attactrions. it's about 10 min walk to the regional bus station to Florence. Ask for a room with views towards the town -- the view during sunset and sunrise was just breathtaking.

Loved the air conditioned tents, the market providing many options for guests without my means of cooking (like the urban safari tent), loved the idea of coin operated BBQ’s however there was only one and the English instructions were difficult to follow. The three pools were great in the hot weather also, with bars placated around the pool.

We stayed in Safari Tents which were exceptional. Clean, comfortable and good value for money. Staff was very helpful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We will surely be back.
