The staff was very courteous and cooked for us as per our order from the menu. Good food. The best part of this resort is the Location. Sunrise and sunset on the Lake are so mesmerizing. Excellent. Overall very good place to stay close to Nature.
The name defines this property very well cozy home. Suggestion best time to visit would be monsoon as the view from the balcony is going to be excellent. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset sipping your chai and coffee.
There’s no other restaurant that v cud go fir dinner. So we had to order it there. It was fresh, hot n tasty. The rooms were big n spacious. But the toilet in my parents room was not comfortable. They accommodated us in another room. Staff is courteous n helpful.
The scenery is outstanding. Mountains n lake view was amazing. Sunrise n sunset was out of the world.
But the approach road was horrible- rocky n bumpy. 3 km stretch was pathetic.

The location of Nivaant is its USP ! Facing the mountains and open fields and lovely fresh air.. rooms which are carefully and tastefully done. Caretaker in the property Malti maushi very helpful and always smiling :) the cook provided Ruksana made some lovely dishes.. my entire family had a lovely time.. we could trek to the hilltop, visit the Bawli dam nearby for sunset.. all in all wonderful two days stay..
