Great location, great food, best breakfast. Wonderful bar right on the sea, with a great choice of cocktails. Two pools with ample sun beds to go around. It's a very good but pricey resort to stay in. Even the gym was built into a cave.
The views are amazing! Very special to sit on the verandah and watch the sunset. Homely apartment, and great to have washing machine with detergent supplied. Can walk to old town. Host was friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

Spacious and clean apartment, has everything: fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, space to hang clothes, hot shower, enough blankets
The host was nice enough to let us store the luggage until 4 pm which was helpful
The location is superb. The views particularly at sunset could be enjoyed from the outdoor bar lounge area. Bar staff were friendly and helpful.. pool is lovely with plenty of comfortable sun beds but would benefit from waiter service for drinks.
The sunset views from the veranda were stunning. The staff was so incredibly attentive and we placed and received our orders in no time at all.
The fact that the hotel was fully booked did not really play a role, we never had to wait for anything at all which is a testament to how well organized the hotel was and how hard the staff worked.
Location was great too, bus to Dubrovnik was at our door, and waling distance to sunset beach with all the low key night life.
Excellent breakfast with a great range of food. The view from the room was spectacular and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had the full range of facilities. The hotel is very centrally located in the Lapad resort with easy access to a range of good quality bars and restaurants. The pool area was more than adequate with a good supply of sun beds and two well maintained pools

We had a family room with 2 double beds. It was a comfortable, big room, bit unfortunately without a view; we looked out on a concrete wall.
- The Royal resort had various swimming pools and there is also access to the sea. Well laid out and we always were able to find sun beds.
- Good parking garage.
- Plenty of pool towels available at the pools.
- Friendly staff.
This hotel will always remain in our memories as I proposed to my girlfriend on our room balcony.
The pool was nice with great views over the Adriatic Sea.
We had a fantastic sunset meal one evening in the hotels restaurant. The food, wine and service was great that evening.
The roof terrace had a jacuzzi tub, lots of free sun beds and amazing panoramic views. A hidden gem!

Gym has everything you need and overlooks the sea. Sunsets upstairs in the jacuzzi are amazing.
All of the staff at the hotel were super helpful and friendly!
