    It's a paradise in paradise! Evia island is pure beauty and so relaxing. And staying at Lithos Villas you have the whole island just in front of you, sun all day long, beautiful sunrise and sunset, fantastic authentic greek interior and so so so nice people! We fell in love so much! We will be back! 🤍🤍

    Quiet, relaxing neighborhood. Traditional Greek environment. Outside the city, but easily accessible by car. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Mosquito nets on the windows, terrace door. On the terrace was very comfortable furniture and a nice view of the sea. When the usual wind in the south of Evia started blowing, it was protected from the wind.

    all around trees and nice temperature. seeing full sunset from balcony and kitchen. easy and quick access to main seasides. completely noiceless. ideal for family with children, nice yard and garden. for price to value I give the maximum. nearby beach livadaki with 50cm water depth till 300m away from the beach is ideal for children learning swimming without the danger of drowning.

    The architecture is great, looks very nice. The view of the sea in the sunset is beautiful. The kitchen has all you need. Cleaning was ok, once a week, I think you should ask if you want more. I enjoy all days spent there.

    we liked absolutely everything. The location, the immaculate white, the terrace, the view, the sunsets, the wonderful hosts, the apartment, the plants, everything was above our expectations. For sure we will come back and we recomand this place :)

    Amazing value for such a nice room, great view, breakfast included and attractive location. The veranda had a great tropical feel to it! We followed all the excellent tips on the website for places worth seeing - so helpful. The owners and staff seemed rightly proud of their hotel.
