Excellent place to stay. John and jim were very welcoming along with dude the dog who would come over and say hello. The beds were really comfortable and kept warm throughout the night with the heater. The toilets and showers were very clean. Loved the kitchen which was well stocked and had everything you need. We took our own coal and wood and enjoyed a bbq and a fire in the evenings. Great location. Lots of walks around the country park and things to see. Very quiet at night as well. Would highly recommend.

Nice spacious property. Clean fresh linen was provided. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom was there including salt and sugar, shower gel etc Coffee and tea were available. Tidy beds and location is close to everything ie Burger King, Greggs, Starbucks, mall etc Amazing, selfless, kind and honest staff. Left my wallet and staff went out of their way to ensure I got it back with all contents intact.

The location firstly, so handy for picking up relatives from a cruise. Very comfortable room and nice little extras, like iced water free to use and top up water bottles. The manager was very helpful. Lovely hot shower. Good choices on breakfast buffet.

We were very impressed by the quality of furnishings and beds. Also, and just as important, there was nothing better than stepping in to a hot shower - just the thing after a long day's work.

The room was small but completely functional, with a decent heater, hot shower and comfortable beds. Reception provided a kettle and tea/coffee upon request, which was good. The location was good for me - we walked to the SeaCity museum and Westquay shopping centre, neither or which were far away.

Great value accommodation. Comfy bed and hot shower. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms, a little small but didn't expect a large room for the price we paid.
