My girl guide days were re-lived, and had great satisfaction in getting our wood fire pit going- our children were very impressed! Wonderful to have hot showers every morning, and clean flushing loos! Comfortable sleeping, and all the help from Louisa which was reassuring in the planning of our stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family☺️☺️ x

    Sean, the landlord of the pub attached, and his staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Tents were big,clean, and homely. Hot tub was a great addition big enough for 2 and stayed hot for hours. Food was good,Location beautiful, lovely to hear the owls at night.

    - Super friendly staff - Tents were cosy - the welcome booklet was helpful - being able to buy logs on site was good - had a peaceful sleep, neighbours didn't make a sound - nice cosy pub, there was live music in the Friday night which was good fun

    I booked a group trip here, hiring out 5 of the bell tents for 8 of us. We had a great time, the staff and landlord couldn't have been more accommodating. We got booked in for dinner last minute when we arrived which was super nice as I'd forgotten to do so. The food was excellent and the service was great. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful with fire pits to sit by at night. Everything we needed for a break from the city.

    Location was lovely and the tents were beautiful. We booked the tent with a hot tub and that was fab! That was the main attraction of this site over others of similar style and it delivered. Owner was friendly and helpful.

    Really amazing little set up behind a lovely country pub. Quiet, spacious, toilets/showers all clean and well located. The bed was so snug and comfy and there was even a single bed set up for my daughter with a little sleeping bag and blankets, which she thought was the best thing ever. Towels provided were a lovely surprise and the solar lights made the place look magical after sunset. The pub was super busy when we arrived but we were still made to feel very welcome - 10/10 we’ll be back!
