Spotlessly clean, lovely hosts who were very accommodating and excellent value for money, great location, cannot fault. Will definitely be booking again!

    Very quiet and peaceful location. Loved sitting on the spacious verandar ans watching the river go by. The centre of Bath is an easy 15 minute walk. We had a lovely meal at the Bathwick Boatman next door.

    Breakfast was delicious! Complimentary mini bar in our room,was a lovely touch......although, we only used the tea,coffee and biscuits! Many hotels of this standard would charge for the contents of the mini bar.

    Our room was ready for an early check in. The room was very clean and comfortable, lovely bed, great bathroom with hot shower and luxury toiletries. Location of hotel was superb with easy parking nearby. Breakfast was very tasty and great value for money.

    A lovely comfortable cottage in a beautiful location. Beautifully kept gardens with a delightful little garden room to sit in. We loved seeing all the wildlife. Perfectly located for trips into Bath (especially on park and ride).

    I've stayed here twice before it's such great value for money. The plush kitchen renovation was a surprise - wonderful (not that it was bad before). Very clean, nice hot showers. Other guests thoughtful and considerate. Lockers available in the room (but bring your own padlock). A really friendly welcoming place.

    Off road parking. Flat 20 min walk into centre. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofas in lounge. Good shower. Comfortable beds (though may be too small for large peope). Brilliant veranda overlooking river. Clear instructions pre and during stay re access, recycling etc. Next door to restaurant.

    The staff were excellent from reception, spa, bar and catering. In particular we would like to single out Singh (maitre di) for his service despite the poor food. He also presented us with an anniversary desert plate following our meal. Also, Antonina and Modat (please excuse pronunciation) went above and beyond with their service to us. We were allocated a Beautiful room which was on the top floor as we requested.
