Spotlessly clean, lovely hosts who were very accommodating and excellent value for money, great location, cannot fault. Will definitely be booking again!

Loved the location, steps from Pulteney Bridge. Comfy beds, lovely hot shower. One of the two rooms in the apt had basic kitchen facilities.... fridge, small sink, coffee maker, microwave. Enough for a quick brekkie. Not enough for a full cooking event, but not a problem for us. I would rather eat out while on holiday. Easy access with code plus key card. Recommend paying in advance a few days to avoid delays in accessing codes. Communication with owner very easy.

It was very clean and comfortable. It made us feel at home as it was very cosy. The little treats in the room were a lovely touch. Lovely hot shower as well. The location was perfect not too far at all to the city centre .

The cottage is in a quiet woodland location with views over the Severn Estuary which provided spectacular sunsets. Travel into Bath and Bristol was very easy using the Park and Ride sites that are easily reached by car. Holders of an English old people's bus pass travel free on each of these.

All of it. It’s location. Our room was just fabulous. A lovely balcony facing west. We had September sunshine and enjoyed a drink outside before down for dinner. The river just beyond the garden was just the most wonderful setting watching the rowers/narrowboats/fishermen and wildlife. We had booked a table for dinner and very pleased we did as it was very busy. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff were very helpful.
