hot showers, sitting by the pool was very relaxing, wifi was great and staff were very friendly and nice, they even offer decent food which I didn't know at the beginning, everything is as it is in the pictures, all in all I enjoyed my stay there so much and I am definitely going there again
The exquisite old palace feel. Quaint and charming. All staff, especially Ms. Christina has been helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant has the best sunset view. It’s absolutely gorgeous.
This was a great place to stay for a few days and is very well located. Lovely view of the sea and amazing sunsets. Haidar was very kind and helpful with tips for things to do, places to eat, etc Alexandria. Thanks, I hope to stay again some time!
The front desk receptionist samar was very cooperative, professional, and always smiling ,
She offered us a complimentary cake for our anniversary desert. It was very nice of here to do such an action

I checked in with Yasser and Madonna. Both were very helpful and they gave me a high floor room with a partial sea view. We checked in at 16:30 and we got a chance to observe the beautiful sunset. What really made me happy was that everyone we encountered was smiling.
The wonderful sea view from the wide windows. Excellent sunset views. Very bright, airy & spacious apartment. The rooms were well laid out with all needed equipment/facilities. Very comfortable place with convenience stores & supermarket nearby.
Staying in the hotel feels like you are stepping back in time. Our room had a sea view and we made good use of the rooftop restaurant where we watched the sunset on the day we arrived. The hotel has so much character for a fair price. Just walking around the place makes you feel good and its set right in the heart of Alexandria.
This was my second visit and we would like to go back if the opportunity arises again,
