Staff were exceptional, polite and service was top notch. Staff were attentive and were always going above and beyond to meet our needs.
Rooms were stunning and massive
We travelled for our mini moon and were met with a lovely cake in our room and surprise dessert at dinner.
We spent most of our days at the sunset lounge and were blown away by the staff each day who made it more personalised and even remembered our names and previous orders.
Meals were excellent, good selection & quality. The venue was great, in a desert location but with good road access. The entertainment was a bonus and very enjoyable. On arrival we were upgraded to premium accommodation which was superb, with all conveniences needed. Overall a very happy experience with good memories.
A unique oasis in the Al Wadi Desert with beautiful view over the desert. Beautiful and large villas with private pool. Excellent for couples who wants some privacy and intimacy in their vacation. Excellent choice to spend at least some nights and enjoy a beautiful sunsets in the Al Wadi Desert. A large range of different activities available. Excellent breakfast and restaurant services with really good quality. Easy to move inside the large resort area by golf buggies or bicycles.
Lovely get away in the desert, staff are super friendly and helpful. The treehouse was unique and so comfy. Amazing place to spend the evening watching the sunset and having the wonderful entertainment which didn’t go on into the night which was good. Highly recommend a stay here, great experience and fantastic staff.
We loved how everyone is so knowledgeable, everyone is so welcoming, the service was outstanding, we were so pampered by everyone and they made our anniversary so special. The food was amazing, from the lunch that was delivered to our room to the dinner we had in the Mauritius restaurant. The sunset in the moonbar was so beautiful. The relaxing stay in the private pool with the wildlife scenery was mesmerising.
A lovely desert camp in the middle of RAK desert, very easy to be reached.
Tents are very clean, nice and well equipped.
Absolutely recommend the show to be joined with a Shisha after/during the dinner.
We stayed here with family that were visiting after doing a day trip in Musandam. It was a good way to show them the desert without doing the overly touristy desert safari. We arrived later than we were hoping to and they kept the buffet open specially for us, which we appreciated. They also let us do some of the activities we missed in the morning instead. Entertainment was good and enough activities for 1 night. I think for the price and everything included, it is good. Our guests really enjoyed it!
The apartment was very spacious with excellent facility and view. Kitchen was fully equipped and we made breakfast every day. There is a community beach literally 5 to 7 minute leisurely walk. The host did visit us and told us of this beach as we were planning to travel to another beach. this was excellent as we visited the beach every day. the host organised a city centre tour and a vip desert safari for us. I t was a wonderful holiday and once again the accommodation was superb. Thank you
The pool was amazing and so was the room. The only problem was we have no hot water to shower for the 1st day and a half. This was very disappointing considering the cost. We asked someone to fix it on the Friday but no one did until Saturday afternoon. Breakfast was lovely but it is not possible to get your breakfast to the room unless you pay for it in full. The highlight was the desert safari, that was incredible!
"Rooms" are really villas with a private pool. We had two of that, excellent accommodation. We also had a tented villa with a larger pool. Beautiful views over the desert. Wild animals coming close to our veranda. Very luxurious accommodation again (and I am spoiled) Staff super friendly. Expensive, but well worth the money.
