We loved EVERYTHING! Each on of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for the French Quarter. It's quaint yet clean. The rooms are wonderful with comfortable beds. I can't say enough about how much we loved it.
The location was ideal. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter, but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise from it. Very easy for ride-share drivers to find and easy walking distance to everything we needed. The positives don't outweigh the negatives unfortunately...
The location could not be improved upon. The hotel's courtyard was an ideal place to sit and read the morning paper with a cup of coffee. Everyone who worked at the hotel was super friendly and the helpful, especially Andrew and Patrice.
Loved the location and the “feel” of the hotel. The rooms were a little small but not a big deal because we only showered and slept there. We were by the pool so we were excited when we could hear the kids outside splashing and having fun. The courtyard was beautiful and relaxing.
The is at a great location close to I-10. The room and common areas are very clean. There was a kitchenette in the room which is nice if you want to prepare your own meal. The staff is very friendly and I felt safe in my room. The room rates were among the cheapest in the area.
I asked for a walk in shower, which I got. 😊😊with a lovely view over te Mississippi. The a la carte breakfast menu was lovely, and nicer than the buffet. And for what I ate, it was cheaper!! A convenience store next door sold most things you’d need, including cheap alcohol! And… clean sheets every day!! And location was absolutely ideal! Walking distance to the river, and tours will pick you up at the front door.
