Extremely quiet, i was right next to trams and the main road and i couldnt hear it, fully sealed double or triple glazed windows stops ALL the noise. Bed extremely comfortable, huge double shower, desk, chair, window seat area too, room safe, bar fridge, clothes hangars, storage under that for your luggage and lots of storage under the bed, air conditioned, huge TV with a few english channels but not much, good internet speed. Totally for westerners with decent standards. Dont make the mistake of getting a supposed 9 star apartment in a private building. I have rented a lot of apartments in Ukraine, none are good, all have been noisy and bad floors and hear the neighbours. IBIS you hear nothing from neighbours or road noise. Get a Hotel!!!!!
