Located in the centre of Porto, ICON Duplo Ribeira is situated 200 metres from Ribeira Square and 400 metres from Palacio da Bolsa. When we arrived we were received with excellent service and a glass of wine. The front desk staff knows English, which is important. The front desk was very helpful in telling us about different tourist sites and even let me use the phone to make a few local calls. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and had many items to choose from. We didn't use the pool or spa so I can't say how it was. We parked on the street, which the following day was fairly inconvenient because you need to go back every couple of hours and place another parking slip on the front window. It isn't expensive at all, however you need to plan your time accordingly. All in all, a simply wonderful stay in a wonderful location, with wonderful people.
