Had the impression that this place was designed with the customer in mind, which was certainly more than I expected. Pretty much everything was perfect and I'm a nit-picker. A rare 10/10 from me. We had to check out at 6am and the guy was there at reception no problem. We had a lot of suitcases and he suggested that we leave them in the locked room by reception overnight, both for our convenience and to not disturb other guests so early, which I thought was very considerate.
