Luna beach, very accessible to some restaurants & few minutes drive to other major sites. The property is very clean & well maintained. Every morning, we enjoyed watching the spectacular view of the sunrise from the balcony of our room. And most importantly, what we like best are the friendly & thoughtful staff especially their manager Gigi. What a team of wonderful people…. very helpful & hospitable. They were so accommodating making us feel so welcome & at home from day one. Our flight arrived in the morning , several hours before the standard check in time, but we were allowed to check in early with no additional charges. We like it so much here that on our last day, my daughter & I don’t want to leave yet … wish we could have stayed longer. Overall, our 4 day/3 night -stay was a memorable & enjoyable experience. For sure , we will come back to Siargao & would love to stay here again. We highly recommend this place to family & friends. 600 metres from General Luna Beach, Camanolo Homestay is a recently renovated property situated in General Luna and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This homestay provides accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I love the individual bahay kubo concept. The kubos are well built. It was great to sit on the chairs outside. The room and the shared kitchen had complete amenities and appliances. This homestay is a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Located in San Isidro, 100 metres from Pacifico Beach, Trogon's Perch provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a terrace. Providing a bar, the property is located within 12 km of Magpupungko Rock Pools. The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. One of the best places I've ever stayed at. Ever. There were some little things in the room you would consider a con (weak shower pressure, little moths in the bathroon etc.). But these are small stuff I can overlook considering how spacious the room is and the view you get. The standout for my stay however is the customer service of the staff. A special shoutout to Cris and Jessica for going above and beyond in making sure my needs were met. Every morning the staff asks you how your stay is and what your plans for the day are so that they can organize things for you. As a paying guest, I'm happy they have a 500 pesos consumable charge for outsiders as this prevented the restaurant from being too overcrowded (the reason I avoided General Luna in the first place). So if you want to be cheap, go stay at General Luna with the swarms of other backpackers. To me it was worth paying extra if it meant I got some peace and quiet time. I will definitely be back!
