The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Additionally, when we went to Machu Picchu, we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel. If I ever visit Cusco again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I will always remember the warm-hearted staff. Thank you so much.

Only 1.7 km from the Plaza de Armas and 3.4 km from San Pedro Train Station, Amazing staff - very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with good variety of food. Comfy bed and good size room. I did ask for a very quiet room and I was provided with such straight away. Thank you Golden Inka Hotel!

Beautiful place and decoration, very good location close to Plaza de Armas. Room was big with lots of closet space. Confortable bed and there was a heater in the room to help with the cold Cusco nights. Bathroom was also good with nice hot water. Room and bathroom were cleaned everyday. Good breakfast with toast, avocado, cheese, pancakes, honey, eggs and more. Coca tea available around the clock to help with your acclimation. Super nice and helpful staff that saved me by arranging a last minute taxi to the airport and loading my luggage in the trunk while I was getting back from a tour that was delayed. If not by them I would have missed my flight home. Recommend to anyone!

The best part of the stay is undoubtedly Ana, the owner. She is welcoming, friendly, attentive, proactive and kind. She helped me organising my tours and followed up to ensure I was picked up on time and I was happy with the experiences. She was ready with fruit to go when I had an early tour and was kind to offer advice when I had any question about Cusco. The rooms are well kept and hot packs are provided at night when the temperature descends. The location is centric, two small blocks from the main square and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel also arranged pick up from the airport and drop off. It was full service!
