Guests can make use of the picnic area or the barbecue, or enjoy views of the lake and garden. All was perfect there... friendly host, really nice place, full furnished tiny houses... Location was very central. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Had what we needed for an affordable 2 night stay in Wellington.

Always a good stay at the Brentwood. I got down there and my health was playing up so the staff accommodated that without me asking and got me into a ground floor room. Beds were super comfy. Onsite bar/restaurant with cheap room service! Ideal location for the airport. Free parking which alot of placed in Wellington do not offer.
Good location; a warm and cosy room on a cold Wellington night. Shower had good pressure. I got a cheap deal via Booking.com for one night and so value for money was good.
I have stayed in a few Quest apartments in NZ and Australia and this by far has to be the best. Excelled in all areas, very clean room and amenities, even car park spotless. Staff went above and beyond to get me a car park, which I had failed to book and so very happy and friendly 😊. Loved my apartment, great cooking facilities with dishwasher and balcony with views. everything! we had 4 rooms for our family, each one was spacious, very clean, had everything you needed. ideal location. cleaning staff super friendly and did a wonderful job. very grateful the owners allowed us to use the laundry facilities for free too!
