It has homely vibes and felt like a cosy haven. It's super clean, beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Lisa is proactive and helpful. She got the heater running before we arrived, which we really appreciated as the weather was chilly and that made the place warm and inviting. Spa was a great addition after a long day of driving and ferry ride. We arrived late in the evening, despite of this Lisa was happy to get the spa ready so we could jump in and relax. Absolutely loved our stay here. Highly recommend.
