The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to cook some lovely meals and enjoy them on the terrace. On a beautiful day we would lounge outside surrounded by mountain views and waterfalls and then get cosey with a little log fire on milder evenings. The bath was a feature with its double head rests and jacuzzi bubbles. The house owners parents were so kind and gave us a lift to the station as we had to give our car back the night before. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing location. Very quiet and calm. Good camping facilities. Can swim or canoe from the site. Very clean and had the best night's sleep. Nice buffet breakfast for an additional fee. I wish we stayed for longer.

This family run hotel is a gem. The hotel was very clean and in a great location and quiet. The breakfast was most enjoyable and parking was free and easy. The hotel offered free charging for electric vehicles and the family who ran the hotel were exceptional in all respects. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was just next to a Fjord. Rooms were decent in size considering the country and the price. We stayed in the Motel. Checkin was across the street in another building where there is also a restaurant with pizza and some other things. Bathroom was sufficient. Groceries were a 10 min walk in the town center. The surroundings were quiet. Plenty of space to park your car. Huge shared kitchen and dining area ideal for those looking to cook their own meals. Cleanliness of rooms and the common spaces was good.
Older rooms but still very clean and well maintained. Cheap. Kitchen, but would be nice if there were a dishwasher because someone did not clean plates well after use. Very nice location, lots of fun stuff for kids!
Spectacular location! We were here for two nights and hiked up to the Stegastein platform, had a lovely floating sauna and went on a fjord boat tour- all from Aurland. The Gastropub in Aurland has terrific food and the bakery in town is wonderful. So glad we stayed here instead of Flam! The apartment was roomy, clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The views were amazing! We rented a car from the owners to get around- super affordable compared to the taxi service, which was crazy expensive. Highly recommend!
