The room is very clean, modern and high-tech; Alexa turned our lights on and off controlled the a/c played music, etc. The kitchen had great amenities. We communicated with our hostess by WhatsApp and she was very responsive and helpful. She ordered the pizza for our supper the first night, the taxi when we left, and arranged to have a SIM card delivered for local phone service.

Lovely and friendly staff, nice location, breakfast was ok. Really nice to have a pool to cool down in. Turtle in the backyard is so cute. Free cooking class one of the days I was there. Enjoyed my time a lot, booked to stay a few more days. Merida is a nice place to have as a base while you can do daytrips to cenotes, beach, chizen iza, uxmal, and so on. Would come back!

I also wanted to call out a staff from Cinthia who was our tour guide in Xenotes and Najaida from rest CANTINA VI.AI.PI is wonderful.

On the spaces of this Suites, you can perceive the Caribbean sea breeze though the balcony. On the mornings you can hear the birds and during night it is relaxed. A big thank you to Sergio for its advices and the entire team that made our stay a very good one. Hope we will be able to come back.

It’s a hidden paradise, away from the crowd but still close to the center. We loved the atmosphere that is very peaceful, the beautiful pool and various levels of rooftops. The staff was also lovely, we will be back!
