It was nice to be able to get your room cleaned up without changing the sheets and the pyjamas.

Spacious and very clean apartment, complete kitchenware and quiet rooms. Beds were comfortable. Well maintained, even a washing machine. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Coffee at the lobby. Kids cutlery and plates. Available rental bikes and ideal location in Kyoto, near points of interest and metro. Also a list of sightseeings including route by puic transport in the room. Would have loved to stay longer. I think it was the best place I've ever stayed, worldwide.
Coin laundry was available. Well kept hotel. Was very clean. Perfect location. Recommend a sushi place near the hotel at the shinsaibashi road (loved the sushi there and its cheap (compared to where I live)). The staff is very friendly and professional. There is also an english speaking staff member which helped us a lot with our luggage transfer to next hotel. Recommend 100% They have a free coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby
Location, cheap diy laundry option and affordable
Great location if you need the Shinkansen connections from Shin-Ōsaka. The room was very clean, only once a cup was not cleaned - no big deal. Friendly and professional staff. The room was small for European standards, but that is normal in Tokyo. All in all very good for a city-trip. For Europeans: Be aware that the breakfast options do not include European style breakfast.
Location was excellent. It is close to the lake, temple, nara park, and restaurants. The Japanese style Junior Suite was a very big room, ideal for families. The room was very clean, with a very zen feel, perfect for relaxing.

It’s a budget hotel but it didn’t feel like it at all. It was very clean, the staff was very nice, and the location is excellent. The public baths on the 4th floor were also great!
Very clean & spacious room with hot water. There is an elevator and view of room is good too. Popular tourist locations are within walking distance and there is a family mart just 3 mins away from hotel. Kuromon marker is literally just downstairs. Excellent location for an affordable price, definitely will book again.

Location was good, it was very close to a train station so it made transportation easy. Super affordable for people who are wanting to travel on a budget, for what you are paying, this is a good deal. There's an elevator, which when you have checked bags, is a godsend.
