A wonderful apartment in the centre of Siena. Spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed. A perfect location and only 100m from the Campo. The apartment was so spacious and the views from the rear balcony were beautiful, ideal to sit with a glass of wine and admire. Bruno was extremely helpful and explained all we needed to know. A restaurant and café just metres from the apartment. A fabulous stay to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we will be back to stay here next time we are in Siena.
If you're looking for a cheap accommodation option to visit San Gimignano and surroundings, this location is perfect. The apartment is very old-style furnished, beds not very comfortable. It's a very low cost option. Plenty of green space around the accommodation, playground for kids, tennis table, bbq area and pool. 0.50€ for tea/coffe The staff were all kind and helpful.
Location was brilliant. Very close to the train station and the centre. While not perfect , this hotel is ideal for a budget stay. Really lovely breakfast as well.

The location was ideal, very beautiful. The hotel overall and the room were very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and we got a great sleep. The air conditioning was perfect. The pool area was also very clean and easily accessible. We also liked the parking facilities.

The location is really good, right next to St Catarina basilica and with an amazing view of it. The rooms are very clean but the budget rooms are very basic. Really good breakfast included.
Amazing view of Florence Duomo and the whole city from the flat! The flat has a unique character, it was very clean and spacious. Location is outside of the touristic centre but we actually enjoyed the neighborhood, with some lovely non-touristic restaurants around (cheaper as well!) and it was convenient to take the bus to the centre/train station. The hosts gave good recommendations on where to ear/drink.
Great location. 5 minutes walk from the train station and ideally located for all key sites and food outlets. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, very modern and the bathroom was spotless and well cared for. Room a bit small but had everything needed and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Excellent location! Despite being an "old style" (Victorian) hotel, the rooms are modern and very clean. The terrace is just gorgeous! Take a bottle of wine up there and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets. The breakfast is also very good. It doesn't have it's own parking, but there's a large public parking about two blocks away with some kind of deal with the hotel, affordable prices.
