very clean and comfortable. location was excellent. check in and check out was super easy. all you had to do was drop of the keys in a safe before leaving! guy who checked me in spoke good english and was very helpful. additionally, great great reastaurantans and bars in the same square! also … so affordable. was really quiet and no disturbances. loved my stay : )

The hotel location is very ideal. Room was spacious yet very clean. We only stayed for a night so it was exactly what we expected. The staff at the reception were helpful, quick check in and check out, attended to our needs effectively.
Location is ideal for the train station and airport bus stop (no direct train link at this time), reason for booking this Best Western hotel, trusted brand, price and location. Staff where tentative and spoke fluent English vs my non-existent Italian. Room décor could do with an update, to match up with the modern bathrooms, but did not affect the stay. Ideal for low cost solo stay, but would opt for another hotel if taking the partner. That's a personal choice, though.
