Ideal location for metro in central Rome. Room was very clean , bright and modern with excellent bathroom and shower. Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good with seating on balcony available. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Would recommend and use again

I have stayed here for over 20 years and watched the quality go downhill each year. In my last review I said I would not stay again. However, here I am back again. Why? Simply, the location and value cannot be matched. The room was fine. Very clean and quiet at night. I think the reviews on here that say 'Exceptional' etc are fake and all of the ones describing horror stories are true. But if you simply want a cheap place to stay that will not take you hours to find, it is perfect.
Area was quite central, when buses were running location ideal to travel to various attractions. Staff were polite and provided a few recommendations which were very helpful. Very clean rooms due to daily cleaning which was appreciated.
The location was I deal. Only 2 minutes from Roma Termini, the access to all the attractions was very good. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very responsive, helpful, and very kind.
Barbara was so welcoming, she managed to get the apartment ready before planned check in time, which saved us a lot of hassle. The location is PERFECT, there are a few popular shops close by for a snack, tiramisu, icecream and a nice local market. The bathroom was very clean, and the apartment is very cute. Very affordable, central location. Bonus coffee machine and free bottle of wine!
Although this property is more Zen than Ancient Rome in style, it was absolutely perfect! It was spotlessly clean, the beds were the most comfortable, and the location was ideal. A very very good choice, especially for the budget. Thank you!
Excellent location. Very clean and well equipped room considering the low cost of it! This was the cheapest but best place we stayed during our trip to Italy. Bathroom was lovely, again considering price of room.

The location is perfect being 6mins walk from Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. It is on the corner of a busy junction so noisy with the window open but we kept it closed and you could hardly hear anything. Cleaners came in everyday and room was spotless. The mini bar was reasonably priced and stocked up each day, great for light refreshments. There isn't a pretty view but if you’re after a very clean and comfortable hotel room in an ideal location for getting around, this is perfect.
