Monodendri, one of the more popular towns with tourists, is only a 15 min drive away. The hotel is surrounded by incredible spots for hiking over mountains or along rivers. Our rooms were sparkling clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff were kind, friendly and professional at all times. Genuinely, I think this was one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. The owner Giota is very kind and helpful. Altogether Morfeas is a wonderful and rare pearl of traditional (&historical) hospitality in one of the most beautiful corners of the Zagorochoria region. The place is tasteful and clean and the atmosphere peaceful and cozy (not to mention the delicious breakfast they served daily). To sum up, one of the best guesthouses we got to stay in 💙
