Aristi is an excellent location to stay in Zagori. More or less in the middle of all other sites. The hotel is beautiful, clean, has an amazing view. The suite was very private and had a porch with a view of the valley and the mountains at the other side. Breakfast was nice. We did not try the restaurant for dinner, as there are wonderful places around that are cheaper.
The hosts are very friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment was a small traditional room. It was comfy and warm. The breakfast took place in an area next to the room and it was delicious. The location is near the path going to the Drakolimni, making it ideal for staying at night there in order to start hiking the next morning.
We only stayed over night , we were welcomed by a very helpful man , the hotel was a cute family run hotel very clean and very traditional Greek in a great location
This place is totally different than any other which I have ever experienced. And I mean this in a positive way of course. It has fascinating surroundings, the landlord is very nice and hospitable, the rooms were very clean and it has great shared chill out place (inside and outside). The building is traditionally for this place built with rocks. Good location for exploring the nature and hiking. Great value for money.
This is a beautiful special hotel!! Feels warm and cosy. The room was extremely clean, spotless!! The design of the room was very special and beautiful. The bathroom was big and equipped with everything. The beds were very comfortable. The location was good, in the middle of the village. Breakfast was good and tasty. George was a one man show!!!! Absolutely stunning views, an ideal location for hiking and immersing oneself in nature. Yorgos stands out as one of the kindest hosts we've ever encountered; he made our stay truly delightful. he room itself is both beautiful and snug, adding to the overall charm.
Out of all the hotels in Metsovo, I think this one has the nicest view. Beautiful traditional style hotel with a few modern touches. Very convenient location. All common spaces and the room were spotless. They're pet friendly too, which makes such a huge difference. The breakfast was excellent. Tons of options with local flavours, fresh eggs, pies, cheeses and sweets. Everyone was accommodating and smiling. Great for couples but families also seemed to prefer it.
I traking through the mountains and for me the location of the hotel was ideal. There were also very nice hosts. I liked everything.
The owners are particularly friendly. Breakfast buffet very much appreciated as there were many home-made local specialities to choose from. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds, everything in very good condition and very clean. The location is ideal for many walks in the area. Many thanks for a lovely stay.
