They offer self-catering units and free WiFi throughout. The owners are so kind, generous and helpful. They made our stay easy and relaxing.The studio is alone on the roof of the building and has an expansive view of the harbor, the sea and distant islands. The hot spring is free and a two-minute walk away. Kitchen is small but adequate to make simple meals to break up the restaurant visit regimen. Local honey and [horta] (a spinach-like green) were two much appreciated discoveries for me. Steak House is the best restaurant in the town. Renting car is cheap and easy. You will need one to get to Seychelles beach (a must visit--bring good hiking shoes). You can hike to Lefkada (sp.?) hot springs--natural hot spring among boulders along the shore west of the main town. Hike to main town for shopping is a 30-minute jaunt. Taxi back was only 5 euros.
