The bed and breakfast provides guests with on-site private parking free of charge. Mark was a superb host and really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were wonderfully clean and modern and very comfortable. Loved that there was even a kettle and coffee/tea in the room and Mark even put in an extra heater in each room to ensure we wouldn’t be cold.

I had a nice view of the Liverpool skyline and could see big ships passing by. The bed was among the most comfortable that I've had in a hotel. Excellent!

Simon and Sue are fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, they recommended restaurants and on our 1st night Simon drove us to a lovely restaurant. Simon was very knowledgable about bus and train travel and both were very close. The breakfast was incredible the best fruit salad! Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. There is nothing I would have changed.

Set in secluded surroundings, it is within 25 minutes’ drive of Chester and Liverpool and has easy access to the M53 and M56 motorways. It was a beautiful place so cosy and welcoming in every way. Staff were the best. The lady that cleaned the rooms was so supportive as I told her I was here to visit my very sick mother in hospital. She had the healing heart of an angel and gave me courage to face the day.
