If you would like to discover the area, cycling is possible in the surroundings. A basic complimentary breakfast consisting of toast/bread, cereal, tea and coffee is provided at the property. We loved everything about the property, beautiful house with bespoke apartments, we stayed in the balcony room which lived up to its name, the balcony was well set out with comfortable gardens sofas and coffee table, lights and plants. The view was good and with the weather being hot it was a nice place to just chill out. Everything we needed was there all we needed was to bring ourselves and the information folder was the best I have seen in along time, it was full of where to go, how to get there, bus, train and ferry time tables, places to eat with menus, maps of where everything is, am guessing a lot of thought went into it, that’s why I am giving it a mention. Breakfast was again great, home made bread, crumpets, butter, jam, cereals, milk, tea, coffee, perfect way to start our day. But the way the homemade bread was to die for, thank you Location was perfect for what we wanted to do all within 30-60 minutes away. The beach is at the end of the road with a fantastic promenade, and parks, New Brighton was around 15 minutes walk and to the ferry the other way was around 30 minutes. The hosts were simply the best, warm, friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

I had a nice view of the Liverpool skyline and could see big ships passing by. The bed was among the most comfortable that I've had in a hotel. Excellent!
